A Nicki Minaj reality show may be coming to E! Perez Hilton reports the rapper and "American Idol" judge recently began filming a reality show for the cable network.
Minaj first acknowledged that she was "still considering" a foray into reality TV in September, telling Hilton that she hoped the show would allow the public to understand her better. Minaj told Perez, "I will say that I find the more people see, is the more they understand, and then it's the more they like you ... When you pull them in your world, they see you as a real person. I'm not running away from it anymore ... I'm just like, 'You know what? This is my life.'"
Minaj began her "American Idol" judging stint last week, and almost instantly became tabloid fodder as rumors spread that she was feuding with fellow judge Mariah Carey. Add that to her at-times bizarre performances, multiple musical personalities, political proclamations and eccentric fashion sense, and Minaj's personal life could prove to be a recipe for reality TV gold.
It's likely that "Idol" host Ryan Seacrest, whose production company produces "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" and several other E! reality shows, had something to do with Minaj's project.
