Have we sufficiently expressed our deep devotion to the pickling of all the things yet? We've definitely shared our love for the creative fall pickle -- turning roots and gourds into treats that last all winter long. The summer harvest is so exciting, but also so fleeting, which is why we go so pickle crazy as soon as we see a green tomato.

If you've never pickled anything before, don't be scared, start immediately.
