Jennifer Lopez wants to be Jennifer Lopez again.

The superstar singer recently filed papers in response to Marc Anthony's 2012 divorce petition, TMZ reported. According to those documents, her legal name is currently "Jennifer Muniz." Anthony's birth name is Marco Antonio Muniz.

The 44-year-old is requesting the court change her name back to Lopez. She's also asking for joint legal and physical custody of their two children, twins Max and Emme, according to TMZ.

Lopez and Anthony began dating in early 2004 following her split from ex-fiancé Ben Affleck. The couple wed on June 5, 2004, mere months after starting their romance and just days after Anthony finalized his divorce from ex-wife Dayanara Torres Delgado.

They announced their separation in July 2011, and the "Vivir Mi Vida" singer filed for divorce in April 2012. He cited "irreconcilable differences" and requested joint custody of their kids, People magazine reported.

It's unclear why Lopez waited so long to file her response.

Both have since moved on romantically. Anthony is currently dating Topshop heiress Chloe Green. Lopez is with dancer Casper Smart and has said she will "probably" marry again.

"I like [marriage]," she told "Entertainment Tonight" in May. "I like the idea of it; I always have. As a girl you never really give up on that fairytale completely."
