Joe Heck Midterm Election Results

Rep. Joe Heck (R-Nev.) defeated Democratic businesswoman and nonprofit founder Erin Bilbray in the state's 3rd District.

Heck was first elected to Congress in 2010. He previously served in the Nevada state legislature.

Though Bilbray was originally considered one of Democrats' best chances at unseating a Republican incumbent, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) said she had not run a good campaign.
