Jennifer Aniston is the definition of the girl next door. The California native got her start in New York City starring in Off Broadway productions and juggling multiple jobs like waitressing (though we doubt she worked anywhere as charming as Central Perk). Aniston's big break came when she was cast as Rachel Green in the smash TV series "Friends" (interestingly enough, she originally auditioned for the role of Monica Geller, but lost out to her now bff, Courteney Cox). Since her days of falling in (and out) of love with Ross Geller, the soon-to-be Mrs. Justin Theroux has dated a slew of A-listers (hey, Brad Pitt and John Mayer), earned a spot on Hollywood's Walk of Fame and found herself on the cover of every major magazine in existence.
In this 1995 photo we see the classic beauty in a minimalist look. She is wearing a simple, sleek LBD that shows off her amazing figure, and her hair is swept off her face with a few signature '90s tendrils. In true Jennifer style she is wearing little makeup (I mean, when you look this good, why cover it up?) and a dab of lip gloss. This is a look we would most definitely still wear today ... maybe we'll channel Aniston this New Year's Eve?
